Once you complete our contact form, we will reach out to get more information about the bar needs for your event. We will provide a custom quote for our bar services and a separate quote for the beer, wine and/or liquor selections you have chosen.
As your event date approaches, we will reach out to discuss the styling of your event so that we can create the custom bar signage and begin designing the bar elements that we will decorate your bar with. We believe that your bar should be stylish and we make it our responsibility to ensure that the bars we set match the overall look and feel of the overall design at your event!
On event day, we will deliver your bar selections, do a complete set of your bar - including all mixers, ice, cups, straws, napkins, garnishes and your two complementary glasses to use from The Copper Collection! We serve your selections including any crafted cocktails and offer our hospitable bartending to your very special guests. Once your event has concluded, we will breakdown your bar, clean up the area used, recycle boxes, bottles and leave you with any unused product to take with you.
Our services are completely customizable so if our hospitable bartending is all your event requires, we are happy to provide that service separately from our full wedding and event bar service. We look forward to learning more about the needs for your event and how we can help!
